Artist Calendar is a project by A Good Tale. This page explains how the website and calendar app use information when you browse artwork, download packs or ask for help.

Your calendar events The app asks for permission before accessing your device's calendars. It uses that access to show events and save changes you choose. The website's catalog and pack download service do not receive your event titles, notes, locations or contacts. Calendar syncing provided by Apple or another calendar account is managed by that provider.

Website visits and cookies The website uses session cookies for functions such as remembering your language, signing in administrators and protecting forms. The hosting service may record technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, browser details and access times in server logs. These records support operation and troubleshooting. The current website includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Website analytics We count visits, App Store link clicks, calendar and sticker pack page views, clicks to open a pack in the app, and successful ZIP requests. We use the existing website session to count a visit once per day. Analytics stores daily totals and pack IDs, not visitor identities, IP addresses or browsing histories. These statistics are available only to administrators. Link clicks do not tell us whether an app installation or purchase completed, and a ZIP request does not confirm a completed download.

Purchases and downloads Apple handles payments made through the App Store. This website does not ask for your payment card details or Apple Account password. The app uses Apple's purchase information to determine access to paid packs. Requests to the website identify the calendar or sticker pack being viewed or downloaded. Apple processes information under its own privacy policy.

Artist content and administration We store the artist names, descriptions, images and pack files submitted for the catalog, along with administrator account information. Enabled listings are public. A disabled listing can still be viewed by anyone with its pack ID, so disabling a listing is not a confidentiality control.

Support and service providers If you email us, we receive the information you include and your email address. Please avoid sending calendar event details, passwords or payment card information. Website hosting and email providers process the data needed to provide those services. This website does not provide public customer accounts.

Storage and your choices Installed artwork, preferences and placed stickers are stored by the app on your device. You can change calendar access in device settings. Website session data, server logs, catalog records and correspondence have different retention periods depending on their purpose and service settings. Contact us for information about those periods or to request access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied. Records needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations may need to be retained.
